9. Delivery & Risk of Loss

10. Refund & Returns Policy

Standard (Non-Personalized) Jewelry

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Personalized / Engraved Jewelry

Personalized or engraved jewelry is custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

• Engraving fee: KES 500
• Engraving charges are non-refundable once engraving has been completed.

Ring Sizer

Ring sizers are sold separately at KES 300 and are:

This is due to hygiene and handling considerations.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos
• Once verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
• Refund timelines depend on your payment provider

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

How long do I have to return jewelry?
You have 14 days from delivery for eligible, non-personalized jewelry.

Can I return engraved jewelry?
No. Engraved or personalized items are not returnable unless faulty.

Is the engraving fee refundable?
No. The KES 500 engraving fee is non-refundable once engraving is completed.

Can I return a ring sizer?
No. Ring sizers (KES 300) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

What if the jewelry doesn’t fit?
We recommend purchasing a ring sizer before ordering rings. Size issues are not considered faults.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos for assessment.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act of Kenya, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya sitting in Nairobi.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, internet outages, power failures, or government actions.

15. Termination

We reserve the right, at our discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Site.
